- Your order reference or Stripe receipt.
- The kit version and the command you ran.
- The relevant error and your operating system.
Remove passwords, API keys and AWS credentials before sending logs. Support is provided in writing; calls and access to your AWS account are not included.

Support and refunds
Purchases include 90 days of written help with documented setup and reproducible kit defects, plus bug-fix updates released during that window. Refund requests received within 14 calendar days of purchase receive a refund of the kit purchase price.
