MGCJ Labs, the independent software brand of Christopher Jones, uses purchase information to provide downloads, support and refunds. Contact mgcjlabs@gmail.com with privacy requests.
Payments and orders
Stripe processes checkout and payment details under its privacy policy. MGCJ Labs does not receive full card numbers. We store the buyer email provided by Stripe, Stripe order and payment identifiers, purchase time, release version, download count, and refund or dispute status to provide and protect access.
Hosting and downloads
This website uses ChatGPT Sites hosting and Cloudflare services for server processing, private ZIP storage and order records. Hosting providers may process IP addresses, request information and security logs to operate their services. Required browser cookies keep track of a checkout for up to 30 days and authorize downloads for 15 minutes at a time. A private order link can renew access while the order remains eligible.
Support
Messages sent to mgcjlabs@gmail.com are handled using Gmail. We use them to answer your request. Do not send passwords, API keys or payment-card details. This store does not automatically add buyers to a marketing list and does not include advertising trackers or analytics configured by MGCJ Labs.
Retention and choices
We retain order records as needed to provide access, resolve payment issues and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Support messages are retained as needed to handle the request. You can ask for access, correction or deletion by email; some records may need to remain for legal obligations or unresolved transactions. Deleting required order information can affect download recovery.
